NATURE OF LETTING:
This accommodation is made available for holiday letting.
Lettings are for a maximum of four weeks.
RESERVATION:
Please phone e-mail to provisionally book your accommodation and
return the completed
booking
form within 4 days. Provisional reservations are only held
for 4 days.
DEPOSITS:
We require a deposit of 30% of the rent payable, to be sent in
order to confirm a reservation. Reservation are not binding upon
us until the deposit is received.
BALANCE OF RENT:
The balance of the rent payable is due 28 days before the start
of your holiday or cash 8no cheque) at your arrive. If we do not receive the balance by the due
date we reserve the right to relet the accommodation your
reserved. Non payment of the balance of rent due is treated as
cancellation.
ARRIVAL AND
DEPARTURES:
Unless othervise agreed in writing, letting commence at 4.00pm
on the first day of the let, ending at 10.00am on the day of
departure, allowing time for cleaning of the property between
visitors. Lettings generally commence on a Saturday afternoon
and finish on the saturday morning, except for other agreed
period (2 weeks or 1 month); one tutor will gige you welcome and
key's flat.
IDENTITY CARD:
We require a copy of identity card of all tenants for the police;

give to the tutor you'll meet at your arrive.

The tenant have to
take good care of the property and contents and to leave it in a
clean and tidy condition. A cleaning service is not provided in
the course of the tenancy.
All or any
complaints must be notified to the tutor immediately so, if
necessary, remedial action can be taken
If for any reason
beyond the owners control the property is not available on the
date booked (fire damage for example) all rent and charges paid
in advance by the applicant will be refunded in full but the
applicants shall have no further claim against the owner or
